Question Stoves? I know what you are thinking?!

Stoves? I know what you are thinking?!

    But!

I have been given the choice of a stove for Christmas but must source it myself so that I get the one that will do the job....

    Cook on it
    Retain heat through the night
    Light weight (for obvious reasons)
    Fit a Tentipi Varri 9

I have read through the other threads on the forum but would ideally like a final say on what people think......

I like the Kifaru stove and the German stove previously mentioned in the vast list of stoves.

    What say you!.....
If it's outside then count me in!

A stove that has a shutdown so it just gives out a little heat thru the night but does not go out sounds like what you need.

The Two/Three/Four Dog Stoves that Pierre Girard uses would seem to fit the bill on all counts apart from the fact that I can not locate a UK importer, unless you know someone in the US that could send one over....
