Just finished watching the '100 Years Of Wildlife Films' on BBC4.

An excellent program (even if hosted by Bill Oddie!) which looks back over the life of the natural history documentary films, and is a compilation of shots, plus the odd interview clip.

Most of the favourites form recent (8o's, 90's and 00's) are there but also there are clips form older shows which show the progression of the how the docs evolved.

Great. Some fascinating older shots that are worth seeing.

It is repeated Thursday 30 August 2007 8.30pm-10.30am and Friday 31 August 10.55pm-12.55am, presumably still on BBC4.
