    Default Scotland weekend trip recommendation

    Hi all,
I'm looking for a recommendation for a weekend trip in Scotland. My boat is still in Ireland, so I am looking for somewhere that can offer gear hire and a shuttle.
The Great Glen Canoe Trail is the obvious one, but I'm wondering if people have other more hidden favourites.
    Thanks,
    Peter

As above, Kushi Adventures are well thought of.

I wouldn't chose the Great Glen for a weekend particularly. Somewhere like Glen Affric with its two lochs, plus the River Glass nearby, assuming you can get the canoes there, would be nicer in my opinion. If you have a rack, you can pick up canoe hire in Inverness (Tiso being one place).

A two day section of the Spey would also be an option that hire companies should be able to help with.
