    If you talk nicely to your local publican and they do somewhat scrumptious ciders these often come in ~25L boxes. Inside the boxes are 25L double skinned PVC bags with a tap ... for tap read inflation valve ... these taps works far better than all the airbag valves I've met so far. How many bags you need and if you choose to cover them with a foam mat in your canoe is up to you. The big plus is you may get these for free, so carrying a spare (or 2) won't break the bank.
