Default Hi from the Scottish Borders

    Hi
Currently paddling a one man kayak and in time wish to progress to a canoe so I can take along my dog and sons ( though maybe not all three of them at once ) I'm lucky as I live a mile from the River Tweed and plan on being away next week for a trip starting at St Maris Loch, down the Yarrow into the Ettrick and down the Tweed to my home location.
Looking forward to picking up advice and tips and will be looking to purchase a canoe once I have saved enough !

Thanks ! I had just booked our family holiday and someone was selling a Gruman quite local for not a lot, usually any canoes I've seen for sale are usually too far away.
Aye definitely live in a good location and I can stop and camp without any hassles.

    Cheers !
