    Default Kayak by William Nealy

This is really about white water and most of the content is about rivers rather than boat type specific - it contains the best - absolute best - description of how white water works and how to identify hazards.

If you plan to paddle white water without making ALL of your own mistakes - buy a copy and read it.

Still after 20 or more years nothing comes close.
Propper writing in English. How do you do that? with dyslexia, bad hand eye coordination, ect. and in a foreign language.
    Sorry for all the mistakes.

His books on mountain biking and roller blading are also superb. I bought the latter even though I don't blade, just for his sense of humour
If it wasn't for the rain in our lives there would be no rivers. X 2

Excellent book! Mine must be getting on for 20 years old and is still one I can recommend for whitewater instruction. So many instructional guides these days explain how to paddle but this really does go that bit further.
