    So sad when you hear of news such as this, my heart goes out to the victims family and friends ....

    Yeah its horrible. I feared the worst when I heard via Facebook that there was an incident.

    My thoughts are with the family and friends, and very much with the paddlers who were with him, who will be in bits too.

    I could see so many people were excited about the final arrival of enough rain to paddle the Upper Dart, so tragic that this then happened.
    Covering as many malmiles as possible before being distracted by the pub!
