    Default Club/ CRAP paddle- Coniston

    Hi everyone,

I'm planning a short trip on Coniston on the 22nd February. The main aim is a club family paddle where I'm a coach but I also need to practice rescues in preparation for my level 2 assessment the following weekend.

The rough plan is meet after lunch for a short paddle/ play.

If anyone is interested let me know. Being mid week I'm not expecting many people.

    See you on the water.

    Jamie

You never know - if I'm working at home that week, can free the afternoon in my diary and get permission from SWMBO, there's a small possibility of making it !

If I'm fit enough by then I'll be along. If I'm not fit enough to paddle I'll bring a blanket, a seat, some bacon and a kettle.

Excellent. If the weather isn't kind I may shift the day to one where it is

It's looking a trifle gusty isn't it? I'm not sure that lends itself to cooking over a trangia on the beach, let alone hauling a 15' aluminium parachute around.
