Default Loch Doon, Easter Weekend wild camp and paddle

If the -12 blizzard forecasts for Easter weekend are very wrong Myself and Slavetothepaddle (aka Dad) will be travelling up to Loch Doon for a weekend of wild camping and canoeing (planning a full circuit of the Loch). We will be arriving "hopefully" around lunchtime Friday and paddling to a suitable wild camping spot for the night, carrying on round on the Saturday with another wild camp, arriving back at the put in on Sunday.

"IF"!!!! the weather is good and were not too tired from all the paddling we may go to Loch Braden and camp sunday with a short paddle Monday before setting off home.

If anyone is interested in joining us you are more than welcome to.

If the Weather isn't on our side I will pospone till some time in April.
If in doubt, hit it with a hammer!!

Have a good one, it sounds awesome. I'm staying a little closer to home at the Norfolk meet.

    Cheers Robin,
I looked myself but with traffic and stops I bet it would be 7 hours if im lucky to get there. Have to organise something in summer ill pop down to visit the family and stop a week or so on the Broads and bring the nipper with me, itll be good to get em both out on the water.
