I don't know anything about sailing on a Sea of Peas, but I did sail a Pea Pod designed by Bolger. Sweet Pea is the model, and she was as stable as an elephant piled high with tourists. Flat bottom, but plenty of rocker, two panel topsides and lots of classic sheer. Perfect for rowing no matter the load. Nice little sailer as well, but a bit stubborn to windward as she had only a grounding keel, not a dagger board.
