    Default www.joininuk.org - access question

Well Seb Coe never wrote back to me when I wrote yo them over access issues and olympic legacy. Maybe time for a email again about this 'initative'

    Dear canoeing organiser

I am writing to you as lead contact for your club, as I wanted to ensure every single canoeing club in the UK has the chance to Join In.

Join In is an exciting idea devised by Seb Coe’s team at London 2012. In the two weeks between the Olympics closing (12th August) and the Paralympics opening (29th August), Join In will be encouraging the nation to head down to where it starts for every great champion – their local sports club. You can find out more at www.joininuk.org

    Attract new members and supporters
Whether you want to attract more members, supporters or volunteers, it will be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to tap into the swell of enthusiasm from the Games.
If you have any club nights, training sessions or events planned over the fortnight, we will be pleased to promote them for you on the Join In website. Alternatively, if you would like to host an exclusive Join In event on the main weekend itself (18/19th August) you can also do that on our club sign-up page: www.joininuk.org/events/new

As an Olympic sport, I feel there is huge potential for canoeing to benefit from the Join In Weekend.
    Get involved
Many people will be inspired to get involved after watching the Games, and – as such an accessible sport – we hope that canoeing clubs in every local community will be opening their doors for Join In. Visit the Join In website today to find out more.

    Let me get this straight...

We create an event, say, a paddle on the Avon, and Seb will help us promote it?
