    You should see what my cat can do with a toilet roll! By the time he's finished playing with one it looks a if there's been a tissue snowstorm. And if he wakes up before me first thing in the morning, he does everything bar swinging from the lightshade in an effort to get me out of bed!

    Cheers for that WAM, otters are wonderful creatures.

    I've been in and around water most of my life, but until last summer I'd never seen one in the wild, seen loads since and a couple of weeks ago one swam over to my boat to investigate what I was doing. They aren't the timid, shy creature I'd been lead to believe.

    They're one of the success stories of conservation too, just heard a report on the news saying all the rivers in the NE of England now have otters, so hopefully I'll see one on one of my local rivers soon. I can't complain too loudly that I haven't, my father used to follow the hounds on otter hunts when he was a lad.
