Welcome. You are fairly local to me so there is every chance we will meet on the water some time.

Glad to hear you like the site.

You must be feeling pretty lazy these days then, that Prelude of your has been stuck in my canoe store for weeks

Welcome aboard. I hope you manage to keep the wine off the computer this time!

And I think you should explain the 'Greytowel', just to prove that you weren't always a desperado Prelude paddler.

    Default hello there

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome.
Tenboats I thought you would be taking the wee boat out for a paddle in the pond.

Oh yeh Greytowel the name was given to me by my mates George and Jen on my First visit to Canada, possibly because of my ability to sneak up on Black bears and give them a fright , or my awsome paddling skills or even my BUSH craft which makes certain celebs on the telly look like city slickers.

Alright the truth I had just read the biography of GREYOWL " a man who lived his dream " and we were having a session around the campfire, next morning everbody was calling me Greytowel dont you just love these we faces man .. Greytowel

    Talking that sinking feeling

yeh, I did take the wee Prelude out in the pond. Unfortunately it sank.

Sorry about that mate, we will try for salvage before you need it again.
