Default River Wye Navigation, a solicitors view

Not sure if this document is common knowledge, but here goes anyway. It was written by the NRA Regional Solicitor in 1992, and concludes that on balance the upper sections of the Wye are in fact open to navigation.

An interesting read and I am sure that some of the content could be applied to other rivers.

I and my groups have been shouted at for a quiet tea stop. The gist of the verbal onslaught is "get off my land".

Was there ever an agreed tow path?
