    Default Clearance time.

    These have been sitting a while and it's time they were gone to good homes;

    First up:

    A very heavy duty belt, 2" (50mm) wide x 48" long x 6mm thick. Will fit from a 28" to 38" waist.

    Made from the same leather I make my strops from,

    decorated with an abstract design.

    Complete with 2 leather keepers and solid brass buckle.

    completely hand made and finished, sewn as always, with 70lb artificial sinew.

    30 inc p&p

    Next up;
    A small green belt pouch, ideal for flint and steel kits etc, press stud fastening. Again, abstract (cup & ring inspired) decoration.
    Made from 2.5mm veg tan Colombo leather, hand sewn and dyed.

    Apx 3.5" x 4" x 1"

    12 for this please

    And finally for now;

    A left handed, traditional style mocotaugan or crook knife:

    Apx. 2/3rds of the blade is straight, making it ( in my opinion) a good, general purpose tool, just as the original mocotaugan was.

    The blade is from an old file, again a traditional source material for the original tool. The handle is from ash, with a "Dolphins Nose" feature which helps locate the thumb, when used as a draw knife.

    Handle is also wrapped with soft leather for comfort and grip and the knife is complete with a purpose made soft leather wrap for safety and security.

    I have another of these knives, which is used for all sorts of tasks, not least of which; leather working but they are really excellent as utility tools, as well as for carving spoons etc.

    I'd like 30 for this please.

    All prices include p&p

    payment by cheque/postal order or paypal if you pick up the fee's.

    I do not accept cash through the post

    pm first,then post in the thread please.

    thanks for looking

    PS: I'm open to swaps/trades on these too, anything paddling related but I'm fairly well kitted out now, so I'm not looking for anything in particular.

    Lovely job on the crook knife Steve

    If only it was a right hander, I have enough trouble with them as it is without chancing my left hand grip.

    The belt is great but sadly too short for my delicate girth.
