    Smile Hello from Leicestershire!

    Hi

    Newbie here!

I've owned a Stearns Cordova for a few months and I'm looking forward to some warmer weather in 2009 to get out there again.

I'm based in NW Leicestershire and it would be great to hear from others (esp with inflatables) to team up with. Not really into white water - so far it's been canals, gravel pits, creeks and estuaries - so gentle touring seems to describe the sort of paddling I'm into. Well, except for the three foot waves in Cornwall

Welcome to Song of the Paddle.

No need to wait for the warmer weather just time to dig out a jumper or two

    Default welcome

    hi there

welcome to the group, love to see more inflatables on here,
here in sunny telford we have a good few inflatable users, i have a sevylor voyager, hubby (alfa75 has a hudson and we got a few friends and family with other like seaeagle, colorado, ranger etc.)

any time you fancy coming our way for a paddle give us a shout, we regularly do the Severn as its only a couple of minutes from our house (we live at the top of Ironbridge) you can always chech out alfa75's bloggs on the Severn to see what we get up to.
    hope to see you soon

Hey there, welcome to the forum!

We have a Sevylor Colorado and a Prospector 15; both are great fun. I do find however that the annoying thing with the Colorado is that people are ALWAYS asking about it! We must have come across countless potential SoTP members and could probably have sold the boat ten times over

Inflatables seem to have come a long way - I am amazed at how stable they are and great on a windy lake

    Best wishes,
    Sue
