Default Song of the Paddle by Bill Mason

You spend ages looking for a new copy of Song of the Paddle and two come along at once (xmas presents!). If anyone is interested in one of these hard-to-find-books.......

No not at all- just a sad indictment on the part of my family and girlfriend in not being able to get the act together in a coordinated response to my rather heavy-handed attempts at dropping hints for xmas presents.

Maybe. Maybe not. I was just commenting on my misfortune at getting the same present twice. You can delete this thread if you so wish. Sorry if I've caused offence.

The rules are only Contributing Members can place classified adverts. Posting an advert in another section is something people sometimes do to get round the rules. I am not saying this is what you did but it is something we watch for as it is unfair to those who do contribute.

It is not that I object to the work, mind you; I like work: it fascinates me. I can sit and look at it for hours.
