River Trent Source to Sea Ideas

Has anybody paddled the River Trent source to Sea? It's a trip me and my pal fancy doing next year camping along the way. Has anybody done this? Any blogs to read? Cheers.

Rub washing up liquid on the bottom before using, should make it easier to clean, used to do this with billy cans cooking on open fires.

A little advice please river Ure

You could put in at the bottom of the Sleningford Watermill site and paddle down to Ripon. The BCU own the field next to the bridge and it provides a good egress point.

    Venture Prospector 15 Corelite X

What are people's opinions on this boat. It looks like a good compromise with the limited availability of Royalex Boats.

Can't seem to find much info on it.
